These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and y3333. By registering an account, accessing the y3333 platform, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all provisions set out below.

2.3 These Terms, together with the y3333 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and y3333 with respect to your use of the platform, superseding all prior oral or written representations, understandings, or agreements.

3.1 To be eligible to register and maintain an active y3333 account, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times during your use of the platform:

Failure to provide satisfactory evidence within a reasonable timeframe — typically five (5) business days from the date of the request — may result in account suspension and withholding of balances pending resolution.

4.1 Each player is permitted to hold one (1) y3333 account only. The operation of multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same CNIC, the same device, the same IP address, the same payment method, or through any other shared identifier — constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
4.2 You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information at the time of registration. This includes your full legal name as it appears on your CNIC, your date of birth, your Pakistani mobile number, and your email address.
4.3 You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account information. Any change to your registered mobile number, email address, or any other account detail must be communicated to y3333 support promptly and cannot be made unilaterally through account settings without identity verification — a security measure to prevent SIM-swap fraud and unauthorised account modifications.
Where y3333 identifies duplicate accounts belonging to the same player, it reserves the right to close all but the oldest active account, forfeit any bonuses claimed across duplicate accounts, and withhold balances from duplicate accounts pending a compliance review. In cases of intentional duplicate account creation to claim multiple bonuses, all balances may be forfeited and the player permanently banned from the platform.
5.1 y3333 is required by its international gaming licence to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification on all account holders before permitting real-money withdrawals. KYC verification may also be triggered by certain deposit thresholds, unusual account activity, or at y3333's discretion at any point during the account lifecycle.

5.4 Until KYC verification is completed, y3333 may restrict withdrawal functionality. Play-money deposits made prior to KYC verification are not at risk — they remain in your account — but cannot be withdrawn until verification is successfully completed.
6.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your y3333 account credentials, including your login password and any two-factor authentication (2FA) codes associated with your account.
6.2 You must not share your y3333 account login credentials with any other person under any circumstances. y3333 will never ask for your password or 2FA OTP via live chat, email, telephone, or any other communication channel. Any communication purporting to be from y3333 that requests your password or OTP should be treated as fraudulent and reported immediately.
6.3 Any transaction completed using your account credentials is deemed to have been authorised by you. y3333 accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access resulted from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
6.4 In the event you suspect your y3333 account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact y3333 support immediately via live chat to initiate account lockdown and an investigation.
y3333 accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following approved payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL Internet Banking, UBL Internet Banking, Meezan Bank Internet Banking, Raast, and 1LINK. All y3333 account balances, deposits, withdrawals, and wagers are denominated exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). No currency conversion is performed. y3333 does not accept or process deposits or withdrawals in any foreign currency.
Player Fund Protection: y3333 holds all player funds in accounts segregated from its operational accounts as required by its international gaming licence. Your PKR balance is protected even in the event of y3333's insolvency.
8.1 y3333 offers various promotional bonuses to its players, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bet credits, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions aligned with events such as the PSL. All promotions are subject to specific terms published at the time of the offer and these general Terms.
8.2 Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus balance and are subject to the applicable wagering requirement before being converted to withdrawable real-money funds. Wagering requirements range from 10x to 35x of the bonus amount, as specified per promotion.
8.3 The following conduct constitutes bonus abuse and is strictly prohibited:

9.1 All games offered on the y3333 platform are subject to their individual game rules, which are published within each game interface. In the event of any inconsistency between a game's individual rules and these Terms, the individual game rules take precedence with respect to that game's operation.
9.2 y3333's RNG-based games use certified Random Number Generator technology that has been independently audited and approved by accredited third-party testing laboratories. Published Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages are accurate at time of publication and may be updated as game software is updated by the relevant game providers.
9.3 In the event of a technical failure, system error, or disconnection during a game session that results in an incomplete wager, y3333 will use reasonable technical means to reconstruct the game state and resolve the outcome fairly. Where reconstruction is not possible, stakes will be returned to the player's account. y3333 accepts no liability for game interruptions caused by the player's own internet connection, device, or browser.
9.4 y3333 reserves the right to void bets placed on events where a technical or pricing error caused incorrect odds to be published. In such cases, all stakes will be returned to the player's account in full within 24 hours of the void being declared.
10.1 The following actions are strictly prohibited on the y3333 platform and constitute a material breach of these Terms:

Where prohibited conduct is detected or reasonably suspected, y3333 may immediately suspend the account, withhold all balances pending investigation, and report the matter to relevant authorities in accordance with its anti-money-laundering compliance obligations.
11.1 y3333 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and takes its obligations in this area seriously as both a matter of ethical responsibility and as a condition of its international gaming licence. y3333 provides the following responsible gaming tools to all account holders at no cost and with immediate activation upon request:

12.1 All intellectual property on the y3333 platform — including but not limited to the y3333 brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, software, graphics, text, audio, video, and data compilations — is owned by or licensed to y3333 and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
12.2 y3333 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the y3333 platform for your personal, non-commercial gaming and entertainment purposes. This licence does not extend to the reproduction, modification, redistribution, reverse engineering, or commercial exploitation of any y3333 content or software.
12.3 Any unauthorised use of y3333's intellectual property is a material breach of these Terms and may give rise to legal action.
13.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, y3333 excludes all liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the y3333 platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of profits, loss of data, or any other economic loss, whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise.
13.2 y3333 does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. y3333 takes reasonable technical precautions to maintain platform availability and security but cannot guarantee continuous, uninterrupted access.
13.3 Nothing in these Terms limits y3333's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death, or personal injury caused by y3333's negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
13.4 y3333's aggregate liability to any player in any twelve-month period shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player to their y3333 account during that same twelve-month period.
14.1 y3333 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, where:
14.2 You may close your y3333 account at any time by contacting y3333 support via live chat. Upon voluntary account closure, your remaining verified PKR balance will be processed for withdrawal to your registered payment method within five (5) business days, provided all outstanding KYC requirements have been satisfied and no compliance holds are in place.
15.1 In the event of a dispute regarding a game outcome, transaction, bonus, or any other aspect of your y3333 account, you should in the first instance contact y3333 support via live chat or at [email protected] with full details of the dispute, including your account username, the date and time of the disputed event, and any supporting evidence.
15.2 y3333 will acknowledge all formal dispute submissions within 48 hours and will endeavour to provide a substantive response within ten (10) business days of receipt of all relevant information.
15.3 Where a dispute cannot be resolved through y3333's internal dispute resolution process, the dispute shall be referred to binding arbitration under the rules of an independent arbitration body recognised by y3333's licensing authority, whose decision shall be final and binding on both parties.
15.4 Notwithstanding the above, both parties reserve the right to seek emergency injunctive relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to prevent irreparable harm pending completion of the arbitration process.
16.1 These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which y3333 holds its international gaming licence. The specific governing jurisdiction is identified in y3333's published licensing information.
16.2 Subject to the dispute resolution provisions in Section 15, any legal proceedings arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the applicable governing jurisdiction.
16.3 If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be severed from the remainder of these Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.
17.1 y3333 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where an amendment materially affects players' rights or obligations, y3333 will provide at least seven (7) days' advance notice by publishing a notice on the y3333 platform and/or sending a notification to players' registered email addresses or mobile numbers.
17.2 Amendments take effect on the date specified in the amendment notice. Continued use of the y3333 platform after that date constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must contact y3333 support before the effective date to close your account and withdraw your balance.
